We need Virtues in our Prayer Space

  • Virtues = habits to do good (CCC 1803)
  • Virtues allow us to give the best of ourselves
  • Living out virtues help us grow closer to God

The Top 4 Virtues that we all voted for are
  1. Respect 
  2. Honesty 
  3. Kindness 
  4. Self Control 


Our God and our Lord,
grant that our hearts aspire to you;
that, aspiring to you, we may seek you;
that seeking you, we may find you;
that, having found you, we may love you.
O God by your tender love for us, we implore you to enable us to live out these virtues
O God, prompt us to aspire to the everlasting bliss of heaven, through Jesus our Lord and Saviour, who, with you and the Holy Spirit, lives and reigns for ever.
